Acute myocardial infarction. myocardial infarction specified as acute or with a stated duration of 4 weeks (28 days) or less from onset

Interventions

Intervention 1: 10 mg Oxazepam before sleeping during the hospital stay. Intervention 2: 3 mg Melatonin before sleeping during the hospital stay.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: patients hospitalized after acute myocardial infarction. Exclusion Criteria: Previous on schedule use of Sedative drugs because of sleep disorder or anxiety; previous use of drugs (like theophylline) that influence sleep; previous use of stimulant drugs like methamphetamine; history of underlying disease Related to Thyroid disorder.
