Intervention 1: At the end of operation, infusion of 1 gr intravenous acetaminophen within 15 minutes. Intervention 2: At the end of operation,intravenous bolus injection of meperidine 0.5 mg/kg.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: patients with physical status ASA I or II; undergoing outpatient urologic procedures (hydrocele, hernia, varicocele); by general anesthesia Exclusion criteria: patients with history of digestive disorders (nausea, vomiting, gastric ulcer); dizziness; liver disorders
