Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: mothers who have ability to read and write Having a recent pregnancy experience with a single healthy baby at least 37 weeks of pregnancy living in tehran Mothers who have the plan to nurse their infant for least for next 10 weeks by themselves Non-malformed infants at 2-4 months age Birth weight is equal to or more than 2500 grams Infants who are the first or second child in the family
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having the previous diagnosis of sleep problems in the mother uncontrolled chronic disease in the mother Taking sleep pills by the mother Alcohol or drug abuse by mother history of infant death or stillbirth history of infant hospitalization in NICU
