The control group:This group are received the Rutin Educational program in health center and after 3 months the post test are filled for them.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria: Iranian Muslim married women; being in reproductive age; without any diagnosed disease (without any contra indications of usage?; without using any contraceptive methods or using natural method, unwillingness to pregnancy, and literacy. Exclusion criteria: being divorced or widow.
