Intervention 1: Intervention group: Microneedling treatment: Patients underwent microneedling with a Dermapen device (depth 0.25 to 0.5 mm, two passes) in a part of the lesion in three monthly session

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent to participate in the study Age over 18 Patients who have not used any treatment in the last month. Patients who voluntarily discontinue all their treatment for up to one month. Then enter the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Patients under 18 years of age Patients with coagulation problems Patients with infected patchesPatients prone to keloid scars or hypertrophic scars
