Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: all patients with primary inguinal hernia, which have over 16 years of age referred to Imam-Reza Hospital, undergoing elective hernia repair surgery (non emergency). Exclusion criteria: patients who are allergic to any form of mesh, patients with neurological diseases, patients with recurrent hernias, drug addiction, long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID)
