Intervention 1: Treatment (A): Lidocaine (4 mg/kg) will be added to the prime before removal of aortic cross clamp. Intervention 2: Treatment (B): Amiodarone (150 mg) will be added to the prime before
Prevention
Placebo
Treatment (A): Lidocaine (4 mg/kg) will be added to the prime before removal of aortic cross clamp
Treatment (B): Amiodarone (150 mg) will be added to the prime before removal of aortic cross clamp.
Control (C): Normal saline (5 cc) will be added to the pomp solution before removal of aortic cross clamp.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18; 2. patients with coronary artery disease who need CABG surgery; 3. On-pump surgery; 4. In Dr.Ghavidel and Dr.Khamooshi's service; 5. negative history of ventricular arrhythmia before surgery. Exclusion criteria: 1. Requiring concomitant surgery; 2. Reject to enter to this study; 3. Any known history of sensitivity to Lidocaine or Amiodarone.

MeasureTime frame
Incidence of cardiac arrhythmia after cardiac surgery. Timepoint: After removal of aortic cross clamp, during ICU stay, during ward stay. Method of measurement: Holter monitoring.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Mortality rate. Timepoint: 30 days after operation. Method of measurement: Interview, phone call.
