Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: FBS=126 mgr/d, affliction to diabetes should be under 15 years; age rang between 35- 65; controlled serum glucose and lipid status. Exclusion criteria: using of addictive drugs, alcohol, vitamin supplements and insulin; being case of kidney, liver and pulmonary diseases.
