For intervention group: Oral corticosteroid 1 mg/kg once a day just a week after the sugery for 10 days.
For control group: Oral placebo in the same shape, size and color of the real drug once a day just a week after the surgery for ten days.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: to have retinal and macular detachment; to have subretinal fluid one week after surgery. Exclusion criteria: to have recurrent decollement; patients with unsuccessful surgery; patient with macular pore; patients with systemic disorders such as peptic ulcer or diabetes to whom systemic administration of corticosteroids is prohibited.
