Interventions

Intervention 1: In this group, after the induction of general anesthesia, patients will undergo a parasternal block. This block will be performed before the start of surgery, bilaterally on both sides

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery Under Cardio-Pulmonary Pump Age 18 to 80 years ASA Class 1,2 Stable Hemodynamics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Re-Operation Surgery Congestive Heart Failure Allergy to Local Anesthetics Mood / Cognitive Disorders Pregnancy or Breastfeeding Drug addiction

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The amount of drugs used during and after surgery. Timepoint: Measurement of drug consumption during heart surgery every hour and up to 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Amount of drug use based on micrograms for fentanyl consumed and milligrams for morphine consumed.;Intraoperative hemodynamics. Timepoint: During and after surgery. Method of measurement: Hemodynamic monitoring device.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Determining and comparing the duration of extubation of patients in ICU. Timepoint: The time interval from the patient's entry to the ICU to the time of extubation. Method of measurement: Duration in hours.
