Inclusion criteria: Brain trauma Patients Who Undergo Neurosurgery Requiring Post Operation Mechanical Ventilation in ICU ASA1,2 Stable Hemodynamic
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Concurrent Trauma Allergy to Midazolam, Fentanyl, Thiopental Systemic Infections
