Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Sonography confirmation of semi-solid nature of mass, History of augmentation with polyacrylamide filler Exclusion criteria: Induration containing vessels, Augmentation other than polyacrylamide filler, Pregnancy, Coagulation disorders

MeasureTime frame
Improvment. Timepoint: The end of the first week, first and sixth month. Method of measurement: clinical observation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Complication( infection, hematoma and incomplete drinage). Timepoint: 1st week, 1st and 6th month. Method of measurement: clinical observation and sonography evaluation.
