Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Having chronic generalized moderate to advanced periodontal disease; Having at least 4 teeth per coudrant; Having at least 4 sites with probing depth of 4 mm; Bleeding on probing; Radiographic signs of bone resorption; no Smoking (more than 10 cigarettes per day); not Periodontal treatment or antibiotics within less than 6 months. Exclusion criteria: systemic disease; bleeding disorders; pregnancy; Epilepsy; Mental disorder.
