15 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Hospitalization in ICU; Age= 15 years old; Intubation and mechanical ventilation for 48 hours; having NG tube for 48 hour; Not having any of the following conditions: Respiratory and systemic infection, History of antibiotic therapy before admission, Autoimmune diseases and malignancies, History of allergy to mouthwash, History of radiation therapy and immunosuppressive therapy including corticosteroid, Use of any kind of antimicrobial mouthwash within two months before admission. Exclusion Criteria: Re-intubation; Occurrence of any reaction to Mouthwashes; Patient death or transfer to another unit; Pulmonary infection.
