Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher 2. Having at least 3 months of service in critical care units 3. Not attending educational classes related to prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia within the 3 past years. Exclusion criteria: 1. Not willing to continue participation in study 2. Transferring to other wards
