Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 65 The patient is under mechanical ventilation. No more than 2 days have passed since the patient was admitted to the ICU At least 7 days have passed since the start of the intervention in the ICU No previous physical disabilities. No fractures of the extremities. No history of neuromuscular diseases, GCS score between 8 and 15 Disease severity score (Apache 2) between 30 and 40 Informed consent from the patient's legal guardian is required to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete completion of the questionnaire The patient's hemodynamic instability Receiving neuromuscular blocking drugs A doctor's order requiring the patient to remain immobile for any reason.
