Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with endometriosis based on transvaginal ultrasound findings and physician diagnosis, having Iranian nationality, aged between 18 and 49 years, with a minimum score of 27 on the Health Anxiety Questionnaire, being literate, without any known chronic diseases or psychiatric disorders, and with no prior history of attending educational classes or counseling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participant absence from more than two sessions of educational classes, incomplete or incorrect completion of the questionnaire, "Disinterest in continuing participation in the research"

Score of Health anxiety. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and eight weeks after the intervention.
