Intervention 1: Intervention group: Drinking 100 ml Kefir yogurt-drinking for two weeks every night after diner and avoid brushing, eating and drinking for an hour. Intervention 2: Control group: Rin

Intervention group: Drinking 100 ml Kefir yogurt-drinking for two weeks every night after diner and avoid brushing, eating and drinking for an hour.
Control group: Rinsing the mouth with 5 ml of 0/05% Sodium fluoride mouthwash for two weeks every night before sleeping and after brushing, and avoid eating or drinking at least for30 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Healthy 19-30 years old dental students; Without past or present history of chronic systemic and infectious disease; Good oral hygiene; Without any untreated carious lesion Exclusion criteria: Antibiotic consumption or antimicrobial mouthwash application or Fluoride therapy during the last month; Chewing gum habit Xylitol
