Intervention group :applying unabsorable antibiotic as mouth wash including (polymyxin2% ,tubramycin 2%,amphotrycin 2%) , after 24 hours of hospitalization in ICU ,four times a day within a week .
Control group : Drug therapy and plus reform temperament

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : age over 18 years; hospitalization in ICU; patients' (or patients' family )satisfaction; patients' inability in eating and drinking through oral cavity; no serious hurt to face and mandible; diabetes mellitus, cancer and deseases which result from rendering of immune system; no history for using chemotherapy drugs. Exclusion criteria : patients who died after inclusion to ICU and sensitivity to applied drugs.
