Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: individuals who have primary dysmenorrhea, the pain that affects their daily activities participated in study.Inclusion criteria:The pain is moderate to severe; pain during the menstrual cycle and in more than 50% for at least one day exist. Exclusion criteria: having a menstrual cycle irregular (usually outside the range of 21 to 35 days); use of IUD or receiving OCP; history of exercise regularly (3 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes) and having dysmenorrhea secondary.
