Intervention 1: Treatment with GnRH agonist injection of 0.5 cc buserilin for 15 days and then 0.25 cc until HCG injection (when follicie size became 18mm). Intervention 2: Treatment with GnRH antago
Treatment - Drugs
Treatment with GnRH agonist injection of 0.5 cc buserilin for 15 days and then 0.25 cc until HCG injection (when follicie size became 18mm)
Treatment with GnRH antagonist: injection of 0.25 mg ciprotide when the size of follicle became 13mm untill injection of HCG (when follicie size became 18mm)
treatment wirh gonadotropins: injection of HMG from 2nd day of mensturation untill HCG injection(when follicle size became 18mm)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION: Sterile women that their ovulation cycles and serum LH.FSH and prolactine are normal and they are candidate for IVF or IUI. EXCLUSION: previous therapy for IVF and IUI
