Intervention 1: For patients in group A: after a closed rhynoplasty, lower lateral cartilage in Dome zone would be incised. Intervention 2: For patients in group B: after a closed rhynoplasty, convent
Treatment - Surgery
For patients in group A: after a closed rhynoplasty, lower lateral cartilage in Dome zone would be incised.
For patients in group B: after a closed rhynoplasty, conventional sheen graft tip plasty would be applied.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: to be between 18 to 45 years old; patients who don't have a prior nasal surgery. Exclusion criteria: occurence of surgery complications such as infection, hemorrage, etc; to have a concurrent systemic disorder such as diabetes, immune deficiency or any disease which affects wound healing.
