30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Female;-Pathology report of invasive breast carcinoma;ER positive primary tumor;adequate renal,liver,lung and cardiac function;signed informed consent ;at least one month after end of adjuvant therapy(surgery,chemotherapy and radiotherapy);hormonal therapy Exclusion criteria:Age under 30 or over 60; Metastatic disease;Under invasive therapy(chemo-radiotherapy);Hormone receptor negative(non luminal);Less than 50%heart ejection fraction,ischemic heart disease,COPD, liver failure(liver enzimes more than 5 times of upper normal limit) or creatinine more than 2 mg/dl

Effects of an interval exercise training on blood immune parameters(HSP70, INF-y, IL-4, IL-1ß, TNF-a, IL-6, CD4, CD8, and cortisol )of patients on hormonal therapy. Timepoint: before and after 12 weeks trianing. Method of measurement: measurment of parameters by using ELISA kit.
