Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: All the patients in the Hospitals affiliated to Jahrom University of Medical Sciences under surgery of lower part of the abdomen, pelvis and lower extremities, which is less than 3 hours duration of action and Spinal anesthesia can be done for them. Informed consent for participation in this study is the main criteria for inclusion. Exclusion criteria: Severe local and systemic infections, Patients with coagulopathy, Allergy to local anesthetic drugs, Pregnant women, Patients with neurological disorders such as neuropathy diagnosed by the doctor, Patients with psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia diagnosed by the doctor, Failure in Previous spinal anesthesia, Persons under 15 years old, patient with opium addiction, Anatomic disorders of the spine (spinal deformity) like the previous disc surgery and scoliosis .

MeasureTime frame
Back pain. Timepoint: 24 and 48 hours and 7 day after surgery. Method of measurement: On base of VAS.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Satisfaction with spinal anesthesia. Timepoint: 24 and 48 hours and 7 day after surgery. Method of measurement: Direct questioning of the patient.
