Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: working with computers for at least 3 hours per day; sedentary office-work for at least 6 hours per day; permanent or contract employment; agreement to participate in this study. Exclusion criteria: any injury or musculoskeletal disorder developed during the investigation; leaving the work; failure to comply the study protocol.
