Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients need bilateral open sinus lift The criteria for entering the study include the height of the remaining bone corset between the sinus floor and the bone cortex up to 3 mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: allergies acute sinus infection chronic sinusitis smoking treatment with bisphosphonates uncontrolled diabetes pregnancy
