Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: -- Willingness to cooperate with research - Their depression score is higher than others Exclusion criteria: - Liver disease, renal, cardiovascular and diabetes - Blood pressure drugs - Cigarettes and alcohol and drug - Taking vitamin supplements and omega - 3 - Taking antidepressant
