Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1- Undergoing hemodialysis for at least six mounth. 2- hemodialysis 3 times a week for 4 hours. 3- itching 4-absence of sever heart disease and 5-accept to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria: 1- having less than normal blood pressure 100/60 mmhg before the start hemodialysis. 2- hospitalisation in part due to acute problem. 3 -died down during the study. 4- presenc of skin diseases causing itching. 5- present liver and galbladder disease and 6- unvillingness to continue the study
