Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 75 years, Intensive care unit hospitalization, Having an orotracheal tube, Having a nasogastric tube, Less than 48 hours have passed since the patient was hospitalized,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Immune system disorder, Having a pulmonary infection during hospitalization, Being a smoker
