Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Intravenous sodium chloride at a rate of 1 ml/kg/hour from 6 hours before angioplasty to 12 hours after that plus oral nicorandil 10 mg, 3 times a day from 1 day

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 80 years, Patients undergoing elective coronary angioplasty,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of dialysis or renal failure, Use of N-acetylcysteine or sodium bicarbonate, Received contrast agent within the past 7 days, Use of study drugs within the past month
