Inclusion criteria: Age 20 to 45 years Infertility Indication for hysterosalpingography Weight under 70 kg Routine menstrual pain intensity between 5 and 8 on a visual analog scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sensitivity to mefenamic acid Use of anticoagulant drugs Renal failure
