Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 70 years, Brain trauma, Consciousness level 4 to 12 on the Glasgow Coma Scale,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or breastfeeding, Coagulopathy, History of organ transplantation, Use of immunosuppressive drugs, Use of verapamil or amantadine
