Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 26 years Mild to moderate premenstrual syndrome Single Regular menstrual cycle with intervals of 21 to 35 days Student of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suffering from any underlying disease Taking medication due to premenstrual syndrome
