Inclusion criteria: Age 20 to 40 Infertile women Mild to moderate anxiety (score 20 to 42 on the Spielberger Anxiety Risk Scale) Literacy

Exclusion criteria: Mental disorder Addiction Candida treatment First time in vitro fertilization
