Intervention 1: Intervention group: Routine treatment of primary infertility plus sending a 30-minute audio file based on cognitive-behavioral counseling via virtual messaging once a week for 6 weeks

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 45 Primary infertility Literacy Owning a mobile phone and using social media

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of sedatives Psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia and severe stress Use of drugs or alcohol
