Intervention 1: Intervention group: Routine treatment plus medroxyprogesterone tablets 10 mg twice daily after surgery for 10 days and then 10 mg daily in the luteal phase of subsequent cycles for ten

Exclusion criteria: Menopause Infertility Malignant uterine tumor Hormone therapy in the last 6 months Renal or cardiopulmonary failure
