Intervention group: Treatment and routine care of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease plus Melatonin tablets 3 mg one hour before bed for 2 weeks.

Sleep quality. Timepoint: Before the intervention and two weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).
