Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 70 years Carpal tunnel syndrome Complaining of pain and tingling in the area of the median nerve Mild or moderate median nerve involvement at the wrist based on electrophysiological findings
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe carpal tunnel syndrome Taking painkillers or anti-inflammatory drugs History of steroid injection in carpal tunnel Thyroid disease, or diabetes, or systemic peripheral neuropathy Anatomical disorder of the wrist due to trauma and fracture
