Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60 years Fracture of the middle shaft of the clavicle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medial or lateral clavicle fracture Clavicle fracture more than 3 weeks Open fracture Fracture with crushing Neuromuscular damage

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The rate of clinical improvement. Timepoint: 6 weeks, 6 months and one year after surgery. Method of measurement: Using Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH).;The average duration of surgery. Timepoint: Immediately after the operation. Method of measurement: Based on the information recorded in the medical record.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative infection. Timepoint: 6 weeks after surgery. Method of measurement: By history taking and clinical examination.
