Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 45 years; Gestational diabetes; Gestational age 24 to 28 weeks; Singleton pregnancy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychological disorders; Use of tobacco, drugs or alcohol; Taking sleeping pills; Taking hypoglycemic drugs
