Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: The radiofrequency ablation catheter is pushed into the vein lumen and the entire length of the great saphenous vein is blocked with a temperature of 120 degrees

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 80 years Varicose veins of the lower limbs Saphenofemoral insufficiency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficiency in the deep venous system

MeasureTime frame
Saphenous vein recanalization rate. Timepoint: One week, 3 months and 6 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using Doppler ultrasound.;Recurrence of saphenous femoral reflux. Timepoint: One week, 3 months and 6 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using Doppler ultrasound.
