Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 45 years old Being married Reduced ovarian size and volume Increased FSH and decreased AMH levels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Polygamy of the husband Psychological disorders Sexual dysfunction Hormone use within the past 6 months.

The lifestyle. Timepoint: Before and 4 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the Walker's Health Promotion Lifestyle Questionnaire.;The size and volume of the ovaries and follicles. Timepoint: Before and 4 weeks after the intervention.
