Intervention 1: Intervention group: Performing hemodialysis plus aerobic exercise for 10 minutes with three sets per session, three times a week for 8 weeks using a Taiwanese mini bike stationary bike

Inclusion criteria: Age 35 to 50 years Need 3 dialysis sessions per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Low blood pressure Increased heart rate

Adequacy of dialysis. Timepoint: Before intervention and after intervention monthly for two months. Method of measurement: By measuring urea and creatinine through laboratory tests.;Measurement of serum potassium. Timepoint: Before intervention and after intervention monthly for two months. Method of measurement: Through laboratory tests.;Measurement of serum phosphorus. Timepoint: Before intervention and after intervention monthly for two months.
