Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 65 years Candidate for periodontal flaps

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or breastfeeding Being smoker Using antibiotic in the past 3 months

MeasureTime frame
Examination of periodontal flaps repair. Timepoint: 7 days after surgery. Method of measurement: By pulling sutures from the patient's mouth and sending them to the laboratory for microbial examination.
