Intervention 1: Intervention group: Placing subcortical implant one to two millimeters below the crest bone. Intervention 2: Control group: Placing cortical implant at the edge of the crest bone.

Inclusion criteria: Age of 20 to 70 years; Candidate for dental implant;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking; Systemic disease of bone loss; Uncontrolled diabetes; Keratinized gums; Uncontrolled periodontitis;
