Intervention 1: Intervention group: Routine care (For outpatients: 250 mg chloroquine tablets every 12 hours for the first day and then every day for up to 6 days
for inpatients: tablet Lupinavir 200 mg and tablet Ritonavir 50 mg every 12 hours for 14 days) plus plasma of patients recovered from covid-19 500 U every week for at least 3 weeks. Intervention 2: Co
