Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 65 years Colles' fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable vital signs Neurovascular trauma Taking calcium or calcium antagonist Open fracture Local infection Narcotic addiction Cardiac arrhythmia Renal or liver failure Stomach ulcer Coagulopathy
