Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 65 years Plaque Index less than 30% Candidate for free gingival graft procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic Diseases Using alcohol or cigarette Using antibiotic during the last 6 months Sensitivity to penicillin
