Intervention 1: Intervention group: Surgical extraction of impacted lower third molar in one side plus low-level biolase with wave length of 940 nm and a power of 100 mW with a dose of 3 Jules per squ

Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 65 years; Bilateral impacted lower third molar

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or breastfeeding; Local infection; Cigarette smoking
