Intervention 1: Intervention group: Routine treatment plus educational session of spiritual care for 60 minutes twice a week for two weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: Just routine treatment.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 to 65 years; Multiple sclerosis; Acute phase of the disease; At least 6 months past from the begging of the disease Literate; Ability to speak in Persian; Being Shiite
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Blindness or deafness; Psychological disorders; Cognitive problems
